1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
2. How to Request a Return

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
- If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, please email us with your order details and a photo of the issue.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
